Gina Lee Kimchi started years ago with a little Blasian girl helping her Korean mother in the kitchen. This little girl learned and loved the art of making homemade kimchi.
I am that girl.
Throughout the years, I have met so many people that have made a HUGE impact on my life. I've worn many hats in my lifetime. I have been a model and a professional photographer. I served in the United States Air Force. My career in Nuclear Medicine has given me more purpose than I can ever imagine. My role as a mother and a wife taught me life lessons that have molded me into the person I am today. I've made plenty of mistakes in the past. I don't regret a single one. My past makes me who I am today and I'll be damned if I apologize to anyone for being all that is Gina Lee.
However, I always seem to go back to my mother's foundations. My mom taught me more than how to make kimchi. She taught me resilience. She taught me that strength as well as beauty comes from within. I would not be there person I am today without her.
Today, Gina Lee Kimchi aims to share the love of kimchi and all of the probiotic goodness that comes along with it. I live everyday with purpose. My sole purpose is to exhibit the glory of our Heavenly Father. I'm blessed to share His light via my culinary creations. Cheers to happiness and healthy guts!
